One-Year Limited Warranty for Runocam Devices
This warranty applies to Runocam devices and accessories (“Device”) purchased directly from Runocam, Amazon, or authorized resellers, and is provided by Runocam LLC (“Runocam”).
Warranty Coverage
For new or Certified Refurbished Devices (excluding “Used” or Warehouse Deals), we warrant against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original retail purchase date under normal consumer use.
If a defect occurs, and you follow the return instructions, we may, as permitted by law:
- Repair the Device with new or refurbished parts,
- Replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or
- Refund all or part of the purchase price.
Repaired or replaced devices and parts are covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days. All returned parts and devices become Runocam’s property.
This warranty covers hardware only and excludes issues caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, or unauthorized alterations
- Damage from third-party repairs, parts, or external causes
How to Obtain Service
Contact our Support team (see ‘Contact Information’) for warranty service instructions. You are responsible for shipping the Device in original or protective packaging and backing up any data. We are not responsible for data loss or damage to removable media during service.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where disclaimers are not lawful, implied warranties are limited to this warranty’s duration.
We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages unless prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. This section does not affect customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
This warranty provides specific legal rights; you may have additional rights under local laws.
