A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email.

Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Additional fees may be applied by your local customs office.

Runocam offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Products must be in new or like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

2. Follow the provided instructions to return your item.
